Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking an Applications Administrator / IT Business Partner to support enterprise technology applications for commercial operations. You will align technology with business strategies and drive digital transformation across teams.

You will manage implementations, configurations, and lifecycle of systems, translate business needs into technical solutions, oversee vendor relations, and lead training and process improvements in a regulated biotech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline.
• 6-8 years in IT leadership roles with at least 5 years managing applications and stakeholder relationships.
• Expertise in enterprise application management, digital enablement, and project delivery.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards (e.g., GxP, SOX).

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation, configuration, maintenance, and lifecycle of enterprise applications.
• Serve as a strategic liaison to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Oversee vendor relations, system security, and compliance.
