Job summary

Teladoc Health is seeking a Senior Director of Engineering for Account Identity & Access to lead the strategy, vision, and execution of identity, authentication, and access management across Teladoc's platform. You will guide multiple engineering teams and collaborate with Product, Security, Architecture, Compliance, and Analytics to deliver secure, scalable user experiences for millions of members.

The role requires a strong engineering leader with deep IAM expertise, high-availability

Qualifications

Deep experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM), CIAM, authentication, or authorization platforms.
Strong architectural acumen translating business and security requirements into technical solutions.
10+ years of engineering leadership experience, incl. managing large teams (30+ engineers).

Responsibilities

Lead multiple engineering teams for Identity, Authentication, Authorization, Account Management, and Access Services.
Define and execute long-term technology vision for identity and access management platforms.
Deliver secure, seamless, and scalable registration, login, and account recovery experiences.
Drive modernization of authentication and authorization capabilities across the platform.
Mentor engineering leaders and maintain platform reliability and security through incidents and risk mitigation.
