Job summary

Teladoc Health seeks a Senior Director of Engineering for Account Identity & Access to lead the strategy and execution of identity, authentication, and access management across the Teladoc platform. You will guide multiple engineering teams and partner with Product, Security, Architecture, Compliance, and Analytics to deliver secure, scalable user experiences.

The role requires deep expertise in IAM/CIAM, authentication technologies, and security architecture, with a proven track record of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of engineering leadership experience.
• Experience leading 30+ engineers.
• Deep IAM/CIAM, authentication, or authorization platforms.
• Strong security architecture understanding.
• Experience designing scalable consumer platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engineering teams responsible for Identity, Authentication, Authorization, Account Management, and Access Services.
• Define and execute the long-term technology vision for identity and access management platforms.
• Deliver secure, seamless, and scalable registration, login, and account recovery experiences.
• Drive modernization of authentication and authorization across the platform.
• Collaborate with Product, Security, Compliance, Privacy, and EA teams to align goals.
• Ensure highly available systems handling millions of authentication transactions.
• Maintain compliance with security and privacy requirements.
