Teladoc Health, Inc. seeks a Senior Director of Engineering for Registration and Enrollment to drive strategy and execution across enrollment and eligibility platforms.

You will lead multiple teams and partner with Product, Analytics, and Client Management to improve activation and onboarding outcomes. The role requires 10+ years of engineering leadership, a technical Bachelor's degree, and a track record of scalable, high-volume systems in healthcare or benefits domains.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of engineering leadership experience.
• Experience leading 30+ engineers.
• Experience building enrollment, benefits or healthcare access platforms.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and scalable architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple engineering teams for Enrollment, Eligibility, Benefits Access and Activation.
• Define and execute the long-term strategy for enrollment platforms.
• Drive onboarding experiences to maximize completion and activation.
• Mentor leaders and ensure governance, risk mitigation and operations excellence.
