Transamerica is seeking a strategic Senior Director of Technology to lead the technology organization supporting HR, Legal, Compliance, Audit, and Communications. You will own the technology strategy, roadmap, and budget for enterprise platforms, with Workday as the core HRIS and FinScan/TeamMate in scope.

You will manage a team of 30–40 technologists and drive modernization, AI opportunities, risk reduction, and governance, reporting to the Head of Corporate Systems and Data.

Qualificações

• 12+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including 5+ years managing large, complex technology organizations
• Direct experience with HR technology platforms (Workday) and familiarity with HCM/talent tech ecosystem
• Experience with compliance/risk tech platforms (FinScan, sanctions screening) is a strong plus
• Proven track record of strategic planning and disciplined execution
• Strong financial acumen: budget planning, vendor negotiation, and capacity/demand management

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end technology strategy, roadmap, and delivery for HR, Legal, Compliance, Audit, and Communications
• Lead technology for HRIS (Workday) and ancillary tools ensuring integration and optimization
• Manage a $50M+ annual portfolio budget, including capex and opex
• Build and maintain multi-year technology roadmaps for each function
• Develop and grow a 30–40 person technology organization and manage vendor relationships
