Transamerica seeks a strategic Senior Director of Technology to lead the technology organization supporting HR, Legal, Compliance, Audit, and Communications. This executive role oversees a 30–40 person team and a $50M+ annual portfolio, driving platform modernization, data governance, and regulatory readiness.

You will partner with senior leaders, manage vendor relationships, and deliver roadmaps aligned with enterprise architecture and business priorities in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated experience leading technology for corporate/enabling functions such as HR, Legal, Compliance, Audit, or Finance.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Strong financial acumen: budget planning, portfolio prioritization, vendor negotiation, and capacity/demand management.
