Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience.
• 10+ years in database design, distributed apps, and microservices.
• 8+ years delivering large-scale design projects.
• 6+ years managing diverse teams and cross-functional work.
• Strong DevOps, CI/CD, and architectural strategy experience.
• Vendor management and negotiations experience.
• Experience with modern web tech and UI frameworks (Angular, React, Vue).
• Excellent communication and leadership for Board-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to development teams delivering enterprise solutions.
• Set strategic direction with executive management and translate priorities into action plans.
• Lead architecture discussions and influence across IT and business partners.
• Drive enterprise architecture and design principles.
• Oversee cloud/web development initiatives with KPI oversight.
• Coach staff, provide performance feedback, and develop leaders.
