Qualifications

• RN license in good standing to practice.
• BSN with 3 years of hospice management experience or RN with 4 years in hospice with supervisory roles.
• Must pass references and criminal background checks after offer.
• Proven ability to supervise professional and administrative personnel.
• Ability to market and deal tactfully with customers and the community.
• Must have a valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
• CPR certification current; hands-on demonstration preferred.
• Knowledge of business management, regulations and CHAP standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees clinical services direction and supervises the Interdisciplinary Group.
• Manages budgeting, planning and staffing to maintain quality care.
• Ensures compliance with local, state and federal laws and CHAP standards.
• Evaluates performance of clinical managers and clinicians.
• Maintains accurate patient records, reports and statistics for evaluation.
• Prepares and administers the organization's budget and operational indicators.
• Promotes hospice referrals and community partnerships.
• Assists in orientation and education programs for staff.
