Responsibilities

• Strategic Research Administration Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive research administration strategy aligned with priorities.
• Sponsored Research and Grants Administration: Oversee pre- and post-award activities and ensure compliant submissions.
• Research Finance and Portfolio Management: Monitor revenue, expenditures, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Faculty and Investigator Support: Create resources and training to improve understanding of research administration.
• Compliance, Risk Management, and Internal Controls: Ensure practices comply with all requirements; participate in audits.
• Operational Excellence and Process Improvement: Establish KPIs, dashboards and promote automation.
