Responsibilities

• Oversees the grants cycle, including pre-award budget development, post-award monitoring, and closeout procedures.
• Reviews proposals and expenditures for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Ensures applications are directed to appropriate reviews (IRB, COI) for institutional endorsement.
• Liaises with department admins, faculty, and funding agencies to incorporate sponsor edits.
• Analyzes monthly grant activity, monitors spending reports, and coordinates with related offices.
• May implement special projects and prepare funding opportunities packets.
