Job Summary:

U.S. Pacific is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead preconstruction on our commercial and residential projects, from first conceptual budget through GMP and subcontract buyout. This role works directly with ownership, architects, engineers, and trade partners to develop complete, accurate, and competitively priced estimates, and leads the estimating effort across multiple concurrent pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Develop accurate project budgets and bid proposals based on scope and market conditions.
