Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Director of Dining Services to oversee daily operations for a dining account. You will lead a team of associates, manage client relations, and ensure superior food quality across venues.

The role involves budgeting, menu collaboration with the Chef, and implementing culinary programs to drive performance. The ideal candidate will have a BS in Hospitality or Culinary disciplines, with 3–5 years of foodservice operation experience and a track record in high-volume

Qualifications

Proven experience leading large dining operations.
Strong skills in managing client relations and delivering high-quality food.
Experience with budgeting and P&L oversight in a foodservice setting.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day dining operations for the account.
Collaborate with the Chef and management to create menus and ensure top quality food.
Manage client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Oversee all P&L and budgeting for the account and roll out new culinary programs.
