Compass Group USA is seeking a Director of Dining Services to oversee day-to-day operations for a dining account. You will lead a team of associates, manage client relations, and ensure the food offered meets high quality standards.

You will collaborate with the Chef and management to create menus, drive top-notch foodservice programs, and oversee all P&L and budgeting for the account. This role demands strong leadership and a track record in high-volume operations.

Qualifications

• BS in Hospitality or Culinary preferred.
• Three to five years of foodservice operation experience.
• Experience with budgeting and high-volume catering.
• Desire to grow with a top foodservice company.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and client; coordinate with departments.
• Work with the Chef and management to create menus and provide top quality food.
• Oversee all P&L and budgeting for the account.
• Roll out new culinary programs.
