You will lead the end-to-end growth from audience to activated customer, coordinating Marketing, Digital Experience, Technology, and Sales to build a scalable, data-driven growth system. You will design digital buying and onboarding experiences that connect self-service and Sales-assisted journeys, optimize channels, and drive measurable revenue and CAC

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in B2B digital growth or performance marketing.
• Proven ability to own an end-to-end digital growth engine.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Sales).

Aufgaben

• Own the full customer acquisition funnel from demand creation through purchase and activation.
• Translate business goals into an integrated digital growth strategy and operating roadmap.
• Collaborate with channel leaders across paid search, paid social, SEO/GEO, programmatic, affiliates, mobile acquisition, and other growth channels.
• Measure CAC, conversion, activation, and payback; use analytics to guide investment.
