Reporting to the President & CEO, the Senior Director will lead the execution of PAI's fundraising strategy, with a focus on growing individual and major giving, strengthening institutional philanthropy, and building scalable systems.

Qualifications

• Accomplished fundraiser with strategic fundraising experience.

• Experience building fundraising systems and processes for growth.
