Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or a related field.
• Five years of clinical care experience required, with two+ years in a college/university counseling setting preferred.
• Crisis management experience, including on-call.
• Current MA LMHC, LICSW or Licensed Psychologist licensure.
• Understanding of educational, cultural, and social needs of domestic and international students.
• Ability to work occasional nights and weekends.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in administration, supervision, organization, and daily operations of Counseling Services for MCPHS Worcester.
• Serve on the Student Affairs leadership team and advise the Worcester Senior Associate Dean.
• Directly supervise Counseling Services staff in Worcester.
• Oversee day-to-day clinical operation, deliver high-quality treatment services, and ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards.
