Job summary

Qualifications

• Terminal degree in clinical or counseling psychology or counselor education.
• APA-accredited internship or equivalent clinical training.
• Active licensure or eligibility as a psychologist in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct psychological services and crisis intervention.
• Lead CAPS clinical services, supervision, and program design.
• Oversee budget, staffing, training, and collaborations with Student Health and Wellness.
• Ensure ethical, legal, and accreditation standards across CAPS.
• Represent CAPS and student mental health in college governance and community relations.
