Job summary

Qualifications

• Terminal degree in psychology from APA-accredited program.
• APA-accredited pre-doctoral internship completed.
• Current MA psychology licensure or eligibility.
• Minimum seven years of post-licensure clinical experience.
• Experience delivering mental health services within integrated campus health.
• Commitment to inclusive excellence and diverse student wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Set priorities to promote student mental health and wellbeing.
• Lead the design, implementation, and assessment of CAPS services.
• Serve as clinical leader in an integrated health model with cross-campus partners.
• Maintain accreditation and ensure ethical, legal, and performance standards.
• Oversee supervision, training, and professional development of staff.
• Coordinate crisis response and after-hours mental health support.
