PMG is seeking a Sr. Director in Analytics to lead the analytics function across diverse client groups and regions. You will define capability roadmaps, translate business questions into analytic frameworks, and guide senior client relationships through analytics transformation projects.

You will shape thought leadership, drive AI-enabled insights, and elevate data-driven decision making across marketing and business units at PMG.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of analytics experience.
• 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience building and scaling analytics functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analytics team across multiple customer groups, industry verticals and regions.
• Define the capability roadmap and organization structure for scale.
• Translate client objectives and business questions into analytic frameworks and drives roadmap alignment.
• Guide senior client relationships and analytics transformation projects.
• Align department goals to company strategy and vision.
