Job summary

Cisco is seeking a Senior Director, Communications Orchestration to lead a strategic AI-enabled transformation across the 3P organization. You will shape integrated Go-To-Market orchestration, partner with owners to drive activation strategies and build a high-performing team that delivers measurable business outcomes.

The role requires deep AI expertise, executive-level influence, and the ability to simplify complex messages while accelerating adoption across executives, leaders, and employees.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in communications, marketing or related strategic leadership.
• 5+ years in a director-level or equivalent role managing cross-functional communications initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of generative AI, agentic AI, intelligent automation and AI-enabled operating models.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional transformations.
• Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and influence senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead an integrated Go-To-Market orchestration strategy connecting enterprise priorities with communications, change management and enablement.
• Establish portfolio prioritization, governance and decision rights to coordinate initiatives and reduce competing messages.
• Partner with program and service owners to execute activation strategies with clear accountability for change management and outcomes.
• Build and lead a high-performing orchestration team and drive operational excellence.
• Architect and implement an AI-native orchestration model across communications and content operations.
