Qualifications

• 12+ years of communications, marketing, or related strategic leadership experience.
• 5+ years in a director-level or equivalent role managing cross-functional communications initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of generative AI, agentic AI, intelligent automation and AI-enabled operating models, with practical enterprise applications.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional transformations and integrating communications, change management and enablement.
• Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams, establish governance and influence senior executives.
• Strong strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead an integrated Go-To-Market orchestration strategy.
• Establish portfolio prioritization, governance and decision rights.
• Partner with program and service owners to execute activation strategies.
• Build and lead a high-performing orchestration team.
• Architect and implement an AI-native orchestration model.
• Leverage generative AI and automation to accelerate execution.
• Coordinate a unified communications strategy and experience.
