You will align communications, change management and enablement with enterprise priorities, guiding executives, leaders and employees through a modern orchestration model. You will build a high-performing team, establish governance and drive measurable business outcomes as you redefine content planning, activation and audience experiences

Qualifications

• 12+ years of communications, marketing, or related strategic leadership experience.
• 5+ years in a director-level or equivalent role managing cross-functional communications initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of generative AI, agentic AI, intelligent automation and AI-enabled operating models, with practical enterprise applications.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional transformations and integrating communications, change management and enablement.
• Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams, establish governance and influence senior executives in a global organization.
• Strong strategic thinking, executive communication and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead an integrated Go-To-Market orchestration strategy connected to enterprise priorities.
• Establish portfolio prioritization, governance and decision rights to coordinate initiatives.
• Partner with program and service owners to execute activation strategies with clear accountability.
• Build and lead a high-performing orchestration team, streamlining workflows and driving excellence.
• Architect and implement an AI-native orchestration model for planning, creation and delivery of content.
• Leverage generative AI, agentic workflows, intelligent automation and personalization to accelerate execution and improve audience experiences.
• Identify and implement emerging AI technologies that transform content operations and employee engagement.
• Develop AI-forward capabilities across the organization through talent development and targeted hiring.
• Coordinate a unified audience experience and translate priorities into clear actions and behaviors.
• Measure adoption, behavior change and business impact, and track productivity gains from AI-enabled efficiencies.
