• Provide executive leadership and accountability for administrative operations across academic departments and centers.
• Advise Department Chairs and Center Directors on priorities, resources, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Establish governance structures and performance measures to strengthen outcomes across clinical, academic, and financial domains.
• Oversee academic and faculty affairs including research administration, appointments, promotions, mentorship, and compliance.
• Direct departmental financial performance across operating budgets, grants, philanthropy, and clinical revenue.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, integration, and retention of physician and physician-scientist staff.
• Provide executive oversight of physician practice performance, access, productivity, and clinical trial accrual.
• Sponsor business plans and improvement initiatives to advance care delivery and organizational effectiveness.
• Mentor department administrators and foster collaboration and high performance.
• Guide space, facilities, technology, and infrastructure planning in support of growth.
