Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8-10 years leading and managing projects (PMO/Program management).
• MBA/MPH/MHA preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Proven leadership and team development history.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Provide leadership across complex, multi-workstream efforts, managing risks, dependencies, and execution plans.
• Drive initiative acceleration through proactive issue resolution, risk escalation, and cross-functional coordination.
• Define and implement program management standards, tools, and governance.
• Develop strategy, materials, narratives, and insights for leadership forums.
• Lead agenda development, meeting structuring, and materials orchestration.
• Track and support execution of leadership commitments, decisions, and action items.
• Adhoc support for System VP and other senior executives aligned to integration efforts.
