Gap Inc. is seeking a Senior Director to lead Observability and Site Reliability Engineering, accountable for reliability, availability, and performance of the enterprise technology ecosystem.

You will oversee Observability, SRE, Visibility, and Live Sight Insights while partnering with engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and product teams to build scalable, reliable systems powering Gap Inc.'s digital and in-store experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven strategic leader with 10+ years delivering operational transformations at scale.
• Deep expertise in ITIL, SRE, observability, and reliability engineering.
• Strong technical understanding of infrastructure, cloud operations, automation, and service management.
• Exceptional ability to translate reliability concepts into business value and strategic outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise Observability and SRE strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead SRE practices across platforms driving automation and proactive monitoring.
• Oversee Mission Control and Live Sight Insights for real time health and performance analytics.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Program Management, and Security to ensure reliability outcomes.
