You will partner with engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and product teams to build scalable, proactive reliability and performance capabilities.

You will guide a global team, establish metrics, and drive a culture of operational excellence through data-driven decisions and strategic leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading reliability in global environments.
• Deep ITIL and SRE expertise.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication.
• Ability to translate technical reliability concepts into business value.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise Observability and SRE strategy aligned with business goals.
• Drive reliability through standardized, scalable practices including SRE and chaos testing.
• Oversee Real-time monitoring and Live Sight Insights to improve service health and performance.
