Genesis HealthCare seeks a Senior Director of Nursing Practice and Education to advance a centralized system for nursing development and professional practice focused on person-centered care and evidence-based practice. You will align strategies with the company mission and drive nursing innovation and education across an organization.

Qualificações

• RN licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• May obtain specialty certification within 2 years if not held.
• 3 years of full-time nursing experience; 2 years in long-term/skilled care.
• Experience in educating adult learners is required/ preferred.
• Proficient in EHR, LMS, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willing to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsabilidades

• Lead centralized program for nursing development and professional practice.
• Collaborate with Nurse Practice Educators and stakeholders to implement education strategies.
• Develop and evaluate organization-wide onboarding and orientation based on competency model.
• Manage competency assessment for clinical staff in the territory.
• Support regular meetings to disseminate information and co-design products and services.
• Advance continuous learning and career path development for nursing staff.
• Champion scientific inquiry and translate evidence into practice.
