Qualifikationen

• RN license required with active state board registration.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Specialty certification strongly preferred or willing to obtain within 2 years.

Aufgaben

• Advance a centralized system for nursing development and professional practice.
• Collaborate with Nurse Practice Educators and Infection Prevention stakeholders.
• Lead onboarding program development based on a competency model.
• Manage competency assessment process for clinical staff in assigned territory.
• Facilitate regular meetings to disseminate information and engage stakeholders.
• Support ongoing learning, career development, and employee engagement.
