Genesis is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead nursing operations for the senior population. You will blend nursing and administrative expertise to guide day-to-day patient care, staff development, and service excellence.

Requirements include an RN license (BSN preferred), at least 1 year in nurse leadership in long-term care, and 2+ years of clinical experience. MDS processes and regulatory knowledge, plus on-call availability, are essential.

Formación

• RN license by the State Board of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• At least 1 year of nurse leadership experience in long-term care.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience.
• Knowledge of the MDS process and state/federal regulations.
• On-call availability required.
