Qualifications
- RN license in good standing
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
- Willing to obtain specialty certification within 2 years
- 3+ years of nursing experience; 2+ years in long-term/skilled care and 1+ year in education/training with adults
- Proficient with EHR, LMS, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Willing to travel within assigned territory
Responsibilities
- Partner with Nurse Practice Educators and stakeholders.
- Direct development and evaluation of clinical education programs.
- Lead onboarding/orientation programs based on a competency model.
- Manage competency assessment for clinical staff.
- Foster a community of practice and knowledge sharing.
- Support career path development and staff engagement.
- Champion evidence-based practice and research integration
