Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of related experience; Master's degree (MBA or MPH) preferred.
• Requires 12 years of prior relevant experience with at least 10 years of Provider or Health Plan experience and experience leading complex, strategic portfolio of business and IT initiatives; Fifteen (15) years preferred.
• Requires 6 years of prior people management experience with direct responsibility for supervising, coaching, and evaluating direct reports.
• Deep knowledge of Network Strategy, Contracting, Operations, and Compliance.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
• Certifications preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma, Agile.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year strategic roadmap for network design, optimization and provider partnerships; partnering with LOB leaders to align statewide, regional and LOB-level roadmaps.
• Function as the Business Owner for strategic and operational initiatives designed to execute the roadmaps.
• Identify and execute opportunities to drive affordability and represent Provider Partnerships & Network Management to the Affordability Office.
