You will operate as the business owner for initiatives, collaborating with LOB leaders to execute statewide and regional strategies. The role emphasizes leadership of high-performing teams, experience in health plan networks, and the ability to align operations with affordability goals.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree or higher and 12+ years of relevant experience; MBA/MPH preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in Provider or Health Plan domains is preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of people management experience with direct reports.
• Deep knowledge of Network Strategy, Contracting, Operations, and Compliance.
• Certifications preferred: PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile.

Responsibilities

• Drive and execute a multi-year strategic roadmap for network design and provider partnerships.
• Serve as Business Owner for strategic and operational initiatives aligned to roadmaps.
• Partner with LOB leaders to establish statewide and regional Network strategic plans.
• Lead high-performing teams and foster continuous learning and improvement.
