Pellera is seeking a Senior Director, Cisco Business to lead the Cisco partnership with a national scope across the US, driving end-to-end planning, execution, and growth. This strategic leadership role will align regional leaders, orchestrate programs and enablement, and own the joint business plan with Cisco.

The ideal candidate has deep Cisco knowledge, a proven track record of scaling partner businesses, and strong executive presence to influence across the field and with Cisco leadership.

Qualifications

• Deep Cisco knowledge including partner program structure and incentives.
• Track record of growing a vendor or partner business at scale with revenue/margin results.
• Executive presence with vendor executives and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single senior face of Pellera to Cisco across the partner organization and business units.
• Shape and negotiate the joint business plan and quarterly business review cadence.
• Own Cisco-related funding, certifications, and enablement across regions and practices.
• Develop Cisco-specific offerings, services, and campaigns with marketing and practices.
• Establish a three-year growth plan and a measurable, cross-regional execution framework.
