Job summary

Pellera Technologies is seeking a Senior Director to own the Cisco Business with national scope and remote US work. This leadership role reports to the EVP and is designed to scale the Cisco partnership through strategic planning, executive sponsorship, and cross-regional alignment.

You will shape the joint business plan, drive account penetration, and lead Cisco-enabled growth initiatives across networking, security, data center, and observability, while building a scalable, sustainable Cisco

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading technology partner, channel, or strategic alliance organization.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience across multiple Cisco architectures and partner programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single senior face of Pellera to Cisco across partner orgs, leadership, and business units.
• Shape and negotiate the joint business plan and quarterly business reviews; own the plan cadence.
• Own capture and reinvestment of Cisco program funding; align incentives and milestones.
• Drive Cisco sales enablement and partner-funded demand generation across regions.
• Develop Cisco-specific offerings and campaigns; represent Pellera at Cisco/industry events.
