Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Director, National Accounts to accelerate growth across Private Equity, Retail, and Doctor Alliance channels. You will lead a small team of account managers and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to develop integrated customer plans that drive revenue and market share.

You will negotiate contracts, manage category strategies, and launch products with tailored commercialization plans, while maintaining accountability for account-level P&L and ROI through

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive sales/commercial leadership experience, including National/Strategic Accounts or Key Account leadership
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of vision care/optometry business channels and brand strategies

Responsibilities

• Coach, develop, deploy and lead account managers; provide feedback
• Develop long-term strategic account plans for top-tier National Accounts
• Lead contract negotiations, category management, and joint business planning
• Launch and scale new products through account-specific commercialization strategies
• Partner with Marketing, Finance, Professional Affairs, and Sales Operations to design customized programs
• Ensure alignment and execution by guiding field sales on account initiatives
• Lead account-level P&L oversight including revenue and profitability
• Establish and monitor key performance metrics to optimize ROI
• Drive forecasting, planning and resource allocation
• Foster high-impact relationships with senior leadership and customers
• Represent Bausch + Lomb at industry forums and key account summits
• Collaborate with HR and Sales Leadership on talent needs and succession planning
