Job summary
U.S. Multimodal Group is seeking a high-impact Director of National Accounts to drive revenue growth across its full-service portfolio in North America.
You will craft account strategies for intermodal, drayage, transloading, and cross-border solutions, aligning with operations and pricing teams to deliver value to Fortune 1000 shippers. The role requires a proven ability to win and expand large accounts, manage complex deals, and represent the company at major industry events and executive
Qualifications
- 10+ years of commercial sales experience.
- Proven track record building and scaling multi-modal books of business.
- Experience selling into Fortune 1000 shippers across CPG, retail, and industrial verticals.
Responsibilities
- Own annual revenue, margin, and new-logo targets across all USMMG service lines.
- Develop a customer-specific strategy for intermodal, drayage, transloading, truckload, expedited, and cross-border services.
- Partner with operations, pricing, and network leaders to structure profitable, executable customer solutions.
- Cultivate executive relationships with shipper CSCOs, VPs of Logistics, and procurement leaders.
- Responsible for pipeline management, forecast accuracy, and CRM.
- Represent USMMG at industry events, strategic RFPs, and senior customer reviews.
