Meitheal Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Director, National Accounts to lead payer/PBM strategies and expand access for biosimilars, insulin products, and branded therapies in the U.S. You will shape coverage, contracting, and reimbursement pathways with key stakeholders.

This is a build-and-scale leadership role requiring deep relationships with executive decision-makers across payer networks, PBMs, and healthcare partners, plus a proven track record in market access and high-growth

Qualifications

• Executive relationships with payers and decision-makers are essential.
• Proven track record negotiating contracts to secure access gains.
• Direct experience with biologic/biosimilar/insulin products.
• Experience in emerging/high-growth company environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute payer strategies for biosimilars and insulin across medical and pharmacy benefit.
• Lead account planning, contracting terms, and reimbursement pathways ahead of launch.
• Build market access capabilities and contracting infrastructure.
• Partner with Commercial, Medical, Legal, Finance, Regulatory and Trade teams.
• Represent Meitheal to senior decision-makers and industry forums.
