Pierre Fabre is seeking a National Access Director to drive payer engagement and pre/post-approval information exchanges for Tab-Cel in the US. You will partner with medical and field teams to ensure rapid access pathways and robust coverage strategies across national and regional payers.

The role requires a deep background in payer policy, hospital reimbursement, and strong leadership in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment as Pierre Fabre scales its US presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; healthcare degrees or credentials desirable.
• 10+ years in biotech/pharma with payer coverage experience.
• Deep knowledge of inpatient and outpatient reimbursement dynamics and hospital access economics.
• 10+ years of biotech/pharma experience with at least 2 years in coverage and reimbursement of complex therapies (cell/gene therapy).

Responsibilities

• Educate payer segments and treatment centers on value proposition post-approval.
• Monitor payer trends, policy changes and implications for access.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan site onboarding and access.
• Lead proactive payer engagement to enable coverage decisions and prior authorizations.
