Job summary

Cornerstone OnDemand in the United States seeks a Senior Director of North America Marketing to translate our global GTM strategy into focused regional priorities and programs that drive demand, pipeline, and revenue. You will lead eight North America Field Marketing professionals and align with Sales, Revenue Marketing, Corporate Marketing, and Customer Success.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience.
• 6+ years leading high‑performing teams regionally or globally.
• Significant experience in B2B SaaS marketing across market segments.
• Experience translating global priorities into regional plans that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
• Strategic vision grounded in analytical rigor and data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to lead diverse, distributed teams with cross‑functional influence.
• Deep familiarity with marketing tech stacks (CRM, marketing automation, analytics).

Responsibilities

• Translate global go‑to‑market strategy into North America priorities and programs.
• Build, coach, and inspire the North America Field Marketing team.
• Drive GTM alignment across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product.
• Oversee regional campaigns and innovation, adapting to local markets.
• Measure KPIs and translate analytics into actionable ROI insights.
• Manage North America budget and agency/vendor relationships.
• Represent Cornerstone OnDemand at industry events and partner forums.
