Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking a Senior Director of North America Marketing to translate global GTM strategy into focused North America priorities, leading an eight-person Field Marketing team and coordinating with Sales, Alliances, and Product to drive demand, pipeline, and revenue.

You will partner across Revenue Marketing and Corporate Marketing, shaping an integrated regional plan and representing Cornerstone to executives and industry forums in North America.

Formación

• 12+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience.
• 6+ years leading high-performing teams regionally or globally.

Responsabilidades

• Translate global strategy into North America priorities and programs.
• Build and inspire the North America Field Marketing team.
• Drive GTM alignment across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Oversee regional campaigns and experimentation.
• Measure KPIs and optimize regional performance for ROI.
• Manage North America Field Marketing budget and partnerships.
• Be the regional brand ambassador at events and conferences.
