You’ll lead our eight‑person North America Field Marketing team and influence partners across Revenue Marketing and Corporate Marketing to deliver an integrated regional plan.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience with strategic impact.
• 6+ years leading high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in B2B SaaS marketing across multiple market segments.

Responsibilities

• Translate global go-to-market strategy into regional North America priorities.
• Build, coach, and inspire the North America Field Marketing team.
• Drive GTM alignment across Sales, Revenue Marketing, Corporate Marketing, and Product.
• Oversee multi-channel regional campaigns and drive experimentation.
• Set regional KPIs and translate analytics into actionable insights.
• Manage NA Field Marketing budget and agency/vendor relationships.
• Be Cornerstone’s regional brand ambassador at events and forums.
