Cornerstone OnDemand seeks a Senior Director of North America Marketing to translate the global GTM strategy into focused regional priorities. You will lead the eight-person North America Field Marketing team and align with Sales, Product, Alliances, and Customer Success to drive demand and revenue growth.

Qualifications

12+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience with leadership roles.
Experience translating global priorities into regional go-to-market plans.
Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

Translate global GTM strategy into bold North America priorities and programs.
Coach and lead the North America Field Marketing team toward impact and growth.
Align with Sales, Revenue Marketing, Corporate Marketing, and other functions.
Direct regional multi-channel campaigns and measure ROI to optimize results.
Oversee budget, resources, and agency/vendor relationships for NA.
