• Demonstrated success translating global priorities into regional plans that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
• Strategic vision grounded in analytical rigor with data-driven insights.
• Experience leading diverse, distributed teams with a collaborative, growth‑oriented style.

Responsibilities

• Translate global priorities into regional North America priorities and programs.
• Build and inspire the North America Field Marketing team.
• Drive go‑to‑market alignment across marketing, sales, and partner functions.
