Job summary

SAP is seeking a Trusted technical & Delivery advisor to safeguard and optimize customer investments into SAP RISE for large and strategic customers. You will own technical discussions and orchestrate experts across the SAP delivery organization to ensure successful outcomes.

In this customer-facing role, you will partner with NS2 Delivery, CDMs, and partners to drive cloud service delivery, security, and architecture decisions, while translating complex tech into clear business value.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Management.
8+ years SAP Basis admin experience required.
8+ years SAP technical consulting experience.
Strong technical PM skills & customer-facing experience.
Strong ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Primary technical contact for customer regarding cloud service delivery discussions.
Support delivery manager with stakeholders and manage expectations on service delivery.
Own technical discussions and orchestrate experts from SAP delivery org.
Understand customer landscape and interdependencies within NS2 and beyond.
Support migration roadmap with partners and SAP Professional Services.
Conduct regular technical and operational reviews of cloud architecture and roadmap.
