Job summary

SAP NS2 is seeking a Senior DevOps Manager to lead our Cloud Infrastructure DevOps function, delivering secure, scalable, and highly automated cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

This leadership role requires strategic vision and hands-on depth to grow automation maturity, enforce security-first operations, and partner with product, security, and customer-facing teams to meet mission-critical objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading DevOps/Cloud infrastructure teams in large enterprises.
• Strong cloud platform knowledge across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Security-first mindset with compliance and governance experience.
• Ability to mentor and influence stakeholders across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing DevOps and cloud infra team.
• Define roadmap for cloud automation and platform standardization.
• Oversee IaC deployment using Terraform across multi-cloud environments.
• Guide Terraform deployments for AWS, Azure, and GCP integration.
• Manage Ansible playbooks and configuration management practices.
• Enforce engineering best practices with GitLab across multiple repos.
• Lead deployment of containerized services with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Drive incident response and root-cause analysis for infra issues.
• Ensure monitoring, logging, and alerting across multi-tenant environments.
• Embed security, governance, and compliance into infra design and operations.
