Prosper Marketplace seeks a Director of Credit Risk Analytics to lead underwriting, portfolio credit strategies, and risk oversight for the Credit Card business. You will guide end-to-end risk management using data, ML models, and analytics to balance growth with controlled losses.

You will collaborate across Capital Markets, Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Marketing to translate complex findings into actionable executive insights and drive continuous improvement in

• 10+ years of credit risk management experience in credit card businesses.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with a track record of mentoring high-performing teams.
• Ability to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Hands-on in guiding the team to develop automated credit decision strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Underwrite and oversee portfolio credit strategies and risk quality for the Credit Card business.
• Review, analyze, and enhance risk strategies using data and ML/AI tools.
• Collaborate across Capital Markets, Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Marketing.
• Translate findings into actionable enhancements and present to the Credit Risk Committee and executives.
• Identify new data sources and technologies to improve credit performance while managing risk.”
