Job summary
Early Warning Services LLC in Scottsdale is seeking a Senior Director, Business Development - Merchant to define and lead our merchant strategy, expanding Paze adoption among enterprise partners. You will build and execute annual and multi-year sales plans, develop a high‑performing team, and establish senior executive relationships across payments, digital wallets, and eCommerce.
Collaborating with Product, Marketing, Risk, Legal, and Finance, you will translate merchant needs into go‑to‑market
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15+ years in enterprise merchant sales or business development.
- Proven track record with senior enterprise relationships.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead merchant business development strategy, priorities, and performance objectives.
- Develop annual and multi-year sales plans to acquire strategic enterprise merchants and expand Paze usage.
- Lead a team responsible for pipeline generation, opportunity development, negotiation, and merchant acquisition.
- Establish trusted relationships with senior executives across payments, finance, digital, product, technology, and risk.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve blockers, align merchant needs with go-to-market priorities.
