Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 10 years of experience, or 12 years without a degree.
• Experience in a scaled membership, subscription, loyalty, or recurring-revenue business.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead membership strategy and translate it into measurable outcomes.
• Drive growth, engagement, loyalty, renewal, and retention.
• Own membership economics including pricing, benefits, and income.
• Strengthen the membership proposition and oversee investments and partnerships.
• Coach Directors and Senior Managers and develop leadership.
