Sam's Club is seeking a Senior Director, Membership to lead a major area of the membership business, serving millions of members and driving recurring membership income. You will translate strategy into priorities, decisions, and measurable outcomes while collaborating across Finance, Marketing, Product, Technology, Operations, Analytics, Merchandising, and Member Support.

You will coach Directors and Senior Managers, build the talent pipeline, and drive pricing, benefits, tiers, and experiences

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10 years of relevant experience or 12 years without a degree.
• 5+ years leading managers, including Senior Managers or Directors.
• Experience in scalable membership, subscription, loyalty, or recurring revenue.

Responsabilités

• Lead membership strategy and translate it into measurable outcomes.
• Drive growth, engagement, loyalty, renewal, and retention.
• Own membership economics including pricing, benefits, and lifetime value.
• Strengthen the membership proposition and experiences.
• Guide strategy, partnerships, investments, and business transformation.
• Turn insights from member, financial, and operational data into action.
• Build cross-functional partnerships and develop leadership pipeline.
