Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a technical field; MBA preferred.
• IVD Diagnostics industry experience strongly preferred.
• 3-4 years at top tier strategy consulting firm experience strongly preferred.
• Strong executive presence with outstanding communication and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical skills, written communication skills.
• Strategic mindset with a bias for action, innovation, and measurable commercial impact.

Responsibilities

• Build robust market models to gain in-depth understanding of TAM/SAM, market size and share, Mekko, to provide insights to Segments.
• Drive competitive intelligence, primary & secondary market research, draw insights for Segments and Regions.
• Lead ADx Strategic planning, articulate ADx strategy.
• Lead select strategic initiatives
